Down to business
For some, autumn is a time spent reaping the fruits of the year..s harvest in order to fatten up for the festive season and the dark winter months that lay ahead.
However, such traditions are not for the likes of Nine Black Alps. Instead we witness them arduously packing suitcases with guitar strings, lyric books and pipe dreams in preparation for a period of feverish activity that will result in the eventual birth of their second album.
Yes, it seems that with ecomonomy flight tickets in hand, Nine Black Alps will board a grey metal bird to Los Angeles where, in conjunction with esteemed producer Dave Sardy, they will furrow their brows, vent their spleens and bleed their hearts into the production of a glorious technicolour audiophonic dreamscape.
Those of a curious bent will have their voyeuristic needs catered to by the reassembly and redevelopment of the Nine Black Alps internet site where the band..s progress will be monitored and evaluated in preparation for the album..s eventual dissemination via mass media and retail outlets early next year.
