Based out of the small beach town of Santa Cruz in California, up and coming producer Nima Fadavi has been making his mark in the music scene since 2002, when he first started making hip hop and reggae beats for several local artists. Starting Eclectic Sound Recordings in early 2007, the full service studio has also recently branched off into a indie record label. His recent uprising buzz though has come from the newly formed collaboration with former Universal/Avatar recording artist, The Prophet, collectively known together as "Rise of the Revolution."
Learning piano and guitar at a young age, he was always turned on and inspired by music. As he grew older, he was lead more and more into making beats. With influences that begun mainly in hip hop, and reggae music, but soon after branched into every genre possible from jazz, to latin, to blues, and everything in between. The original sounding beats come from the variety of influences in different genres and styles.
His distinctive sound can be recognized by the unique drum patterns, mixed with the progressive and catchy melodies. Although a multi-instrumentalist, its not uncommon to also hear additional musicians in his beats playing live instruments such as drums, bass, guitar, brass, piano, etc. Constant collaborations with various musicians has lead him to become widely known in multiple genres of music.
Still making his beginning marks in the music scene, but has produced numerous tracks for local artists, and other artists from all over the world. With production and live performance credits that include The Grouch, Murs, Zion I, Pep Love, and many more. His beats represent the combination of lifestyle with music. Musician or not, rapper or not; open your ears, because these beats are the soundtrack to your life.
