I Nikys! si formano tra la fine del 2007 e l inizio del 2008. La band e caratterizzata da un sound originale influenzato da vari generi, dal Rock al Power-Pop al Punk-Rock e all Indie, generando un mix che si amalgama perfettamente nelle loro canzoni. Da subito iniziano a produrre diversi demo e a suonare facendosi conoscere nella propria zona con un discreto pubblico alle spalle.. Dopo svariati concerti,facendo spalla a diversi gruppi internazionali e suonando a festival, manifestazioni e locali, nel Febbraio 2008 registrano un EP, al Jam Session Studio di Milano, composto da 6 pezzi.
La line-up del gruppo ha subito cambiamenti, inizialmente erano in 3 con Fil alla batteria sostituito nel 2009 da Must(Emilio), e un anno dopo entra a far parte Rok(Rocco) come chitarra solista per completare la formazione. Nel gennaio 2011 dopo mesi di lavoro in studio, esce
l atteso disco di debutto intitolato PLASTIC WORLD contenente 9 brani e con la collaborazione e il featuring di Olly dei The Fire nel brano Dreaming che sara il primo singolo dell album.
L album Plastic world che uscira nel febbraio 2011 sotto l etichetta East Coast Records e potra essere acquistato nei piu importanti stores digitali del web, nei negozi convenzionati o ordinarlo tramite i siti personali/network della band.
