Westland are gearing up to drop their
Intimacy w/o Intricacy EP on January 8, and after teasing us with
the video for lead single "Steady Now," they're back once more to hit us with the premiere of their second single, "Jack and Coke."
Fitting to its title, this emotion-laced tune details the hard-hitting aftermath of a breakup reminisced over with more than a few stiff drinks. It's a New Year's song without the glitter and glitz, and it's a solid slap of reality delivered with piercing guitar riffs, halting melodies, and vicious hooks.
"It wasn't until I experienced the overwhelming emotion of true love, that I could experience the devastation of true heartbreak," frontman Aaron Bonus says of the tune. "You never forget the first time of either. This track talks about my first time for both."Stream the track's exclusive premiere and be sure to catch the guys live when they head out on the
