Never Shout Never Stream Indigo
After months of anticipation and album teasing (thanks, "Magic"!), Never Shout Never are now streaming Indigo in full—and one day early.
Taking on a slight retro vibe and packing in the kind of indie pop melodies the band have come to perfect, this new album plays out like a daydream overrun with hazy images and lovestruck plotlines. There's the swoon-worthy "Between Two Worlds," with its soft vocals and shimmering instrumentals, and the poppy, percussion-driven "The Look." There's the quirky, piano-ridden "All Mine" and the twangy blues jam "California Slang." Each track is a highlight in its own right, and each speaks to the band's penchant for otherworldly pop songs with a hint of surprise.
