UPDATE, 5:30PM, JAN. 10: Mayday Parade have announced via Twitter that they plan to release their new album for Fall 2013 via Fearless Records

ORIGINAL POST, 12:30PM, JAN. 10: Things are coming full circle for Mayday Parade with the announcement they have once again signed to Fearless Records. After parting from the label to release their third, self-titled album independently, the band have returned for the release of full-length number four.

"With a lot of bands, you hear them complain about their labels. You hear these horror stories. But we have nothing bad to say about Fearless," frontman Derek Sanders told MTV Buzzworthy.

The band will begin work on their new album this week in Florida, and as far as recording plans go, Sanders tells Buzzworthy: "We did our first and third album with Kenneth and Zack Odom (ZK Productions) in Atlanta, and I think there's a pretty strong possibility we'll go back there," Sanders explains.

Stay tuned for more information on their new album as it's revealed, and don't forget to catch the band on the freshly-announced Wake Up & Be Awesome tour with the Summer Set.
