There's a very audible difference in sound when you compare The Maine's Pioneer to their past efforts, and that difference is highlighted exceptionally on this acoustic rendition of "Jenny." Let us first state, that this difference is wonderful. Not that we didn't love those pop-punk, early days of "Can't Stop, Won't Stop," but the guys have grown up, and so has their music. This rendition of "Jenny" encompasses the broader musical stylings of Americana and folk rock. The acoustics are gorgeous and we're so digging this rough, gravelly sound from John O'Callaghan. Give it a spin, and take not the band will be embarking on a U.S. tour this April.
