Watch The Indecent's PureVolume Sessions + Video Interview Part One
Manhattan-based alt-rockers The Indecent have been playing music together since the early age of 12 — and for siblings Emily, Bo, and Matty Brout, jam sessions began shortly after a childhood spent absorbing Beck and Black Sabbath lullabies. We had a chance to catch up with the quartet before they launched into an incredible PV Session, and in part one of the below video interview, the siblings reminisce over those early years, drummer Nick Burrows recalls his "terrifying" experience auditioning for the band, and the four share stories of the musical magic they've created ever since. Following the interview, you can watch stripped down sets of their grunge-tinged, classic-rock leaning tunes "25 Steps" and "Lucky Ones" — both off their recentControl EP. Check it out and stay tuned for part two of both interview and PV Session, coming your way next week.
