EverSay Stream New Song "This Time" — Song of the Day
Alt-rock newcomers EverSay are breaking onto the scene with a relentless blend of powerful guitars, hooky melodies, and fierce female vocals. Their new song, "This Time," blends hope and frustration, driving on angst yet searching for understanding. "One day when I had all I could take of algebra, I threw my book down and poured my frustrations out on paper," says vocalist Blake Dawson. "When Ronnie [Winter; of the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus] and I began writing "This Time," an intense, empowering anthem was created. The message relates to life in so many ways and I hope it gives power and courage to those who need it."
It's a great introduction to a band that you're sure to hear more about — especially considering they've been signed to Ronnie Winter's Lonely Road Records label. Spin "This Time," off their self-titled EP, and catch them on the road with the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus in December.
