Dead Sara Premiere Debut Album

If ever there was a band to watch, it would be LA newcomers Dead Sara. Their debut, self-titled album is a whirlwind of crashing guitars, growling vocals, explosive percussion, raw instrumentation, and a down and dirty mentality akin to the classic rock churned out in the sixties and seventies. There's a roughness and worn-down feel to each of these eleven tracks, as though they've been dragged through the dirt, battered and scraped, but have still come out shining and swinging. From epic opening number "Whispers & Ashes," and standout single "Weatherman," to the heartsick "Face to Face" and the jangling, stomp-happy "Test on My Patience," this album proves true-blue rock n' roll is very much alive, and that this band is here for the long haul. Spin the album's exclusive premiere right now, and make sure to grab it for your collection when it drops April 10 via Pocket Kid Records/Fontana. You should also keep your eyes on PV next week for an exclusive interview with the band.
