Bayside Stream New Covers Volume One Album

Bayside treated us to their cover skills when they streamed their rendition of the Ronettes' "Be My Baby" two weeks ago. Now, they're streaming the entire first volume of their new Covers album via AOL Music. In addition to the '60s pop classic that intro's the effort, the band bring their distinct punk flair to tunes by Van Morrison, Elvis Costello, Del Shannon and Billy Joel. It's a refreshing tribute to a handful of musicians who shook up their respective scenes in their own way, and it's certainly nice to hear a different bunch of tunes covered for a change. Check it out and grab it when it drops tomorrow [October 23] via their own Gumshoe Records.
