Brooklyn-based indie-rockers
A Great Big Pile of Leaves are gearing up to drop a new 7" in collaboration with the
Making Moves series, and are now streaming the effort's B-side track, "Ambiversion." With its wispy vocals, squeaky acoustics and pretty melodies, it's one of those songs that will pull you in with its warmth and leave you feeling at peace by its conclusion. The band's 7" marks the third installment of the Making Moves series — a series curated by
Motion City Soundtrack and supported in part by Drexel University's Kal & Lucille Rudman Institute for Entertainment Industry Studies. Along with "Ambiversion," the 7" will include two additional new songs, "Pet Mouse" and "Writing Utensils." Spin "Ambiversion" now, and grab the 7" when it drops July 24 via MCS's own Boombox Generation.
