Here is :new damage, consisting of four totaly different characters for many years known among each other, because of their old bands, now under a new banner united, to rock the world. By this, :new damage is a concerded team, whos members can`t arrange about, how to discribe their music. Hard, melodic and full of energy rockmusic, from many people signified as new rock, new metal or crossover, comes close to a discription for their music. Or not? Though and harmonic guitarwork combined with a complex rhythem basement coherent with souly, dulcetly vocals amount the sound of :new damage.Who really want to know, how :new damage really sounds like, should listen to their recordings!!!
At first we have the EP infected" released in 2002 and their first LP out of ordinary" released in 2004. Because of the cooperation with the label EMG (european music group) and a distribution contract, :new damage is able to sell their music all over germany ( in future all over the world!!!). At the moment they are recording a new album under a lot pressure for summer 07 (11.08.07 release) and looking for a record label, to bring their music to the masses. Also :new damage features many sampler releases like krefeldachtung vol.1&2 and nationwide releases like hitpack fresh, nu-noize, best of talents...
Also :new damage can look back to many full of energy live perfomances. One climax was the emergenza final in 2004 and 2005 with the 3rd place at rhine area final... and many gigs with famous underground bands.
