BIO:

Short and sweet, New Brilliant formed in 2007 after Carsten Dietz, frontman of rock band Union City Blue, branched out on his own to create his own sound free of influence from other members. After deciding his name was too complex for people to remember, Carsten chose New Brilliant as an easily recognizable alias.

Throughout the brief history of NB, Carsten wrote, performed and produced all of his own material, using friends and studio musicians to perform for live shows. However, he recently came to the decision to find other like-minded musicians to complete a full line-up for NB.

The new album, NB's first full-length, is set to be released at the start of the new year. Featuring Carsten on vocals and piano, bass player Steve, Ryan K. on drums, and Guitarist Drew, NB comes to you with a brand new "brilliant" album.
