Hailing from the sunny Australian state of Queensland, The Decoration (www.facebook.com/thedecoration) is Jake Bosci and Rhian Thomas. The duo formed and started to pen songs in May 2011 and ventured to Atlanta, Georgia in August of that year to record their self funded debut EP with producer Matt Malpass ( Rookie Of The Year, Lydia, The Ready Set, Train).

The debut EP "Anywhere Is Home" reflects on both the ups and downs of true love, being relatable, relevant and at the same time, infectiously catchy and upbeat. It was officially released in January 2012.

The duo then decided to enter the studio once more with producer Lane Johnson in Cleveland, TN. The sessions resulted in their June 2012 release "Me & My Mistakes" which in contrast to their debut, is an acoustic EP showcasing the ability for the pair to write anything from pop to slow ballads.

Jake & Rhian have spent the remainder of 2012 finding their sound and writing in preparation to record their 3rd release in 2013. Look for the pair to be touring near you very soon. With the music and talent to back it up, 2013 should be a very big year for this young duo.
