Nephwrack are a melodic and progressive heavy metal band with crushing riffs and ambitious concepts.

Debut album The Once and Future King was released in 2007 to warm reviews from the metal press (“An absolute heavy metal treat” – Kerrang! magazine; “Perfectly executed and produced… big-sounding and anthemic” – Black Velvet magazine; “Works on every level… Everything is absolute killer... World class” – Live4Metal.com). Nephwrack promoted the album with national radio play and extensive touring, which also gained high praise - “Nephwrack’s anthemic choruses and exceptional guitar sound seem wasted on such a small stage” (Bizarre magazine review of Bloodstock Open Air 2007 festival appearance); “Just as good as they are on record… a highly entertaining set” (Roomthirteen.com review, also of BOA); “When opportunity knocks they’ll most definitely be up to the challenge” (Kerrang! magazine review a show on the Once and Future King club tour). The band then began working on new material.

The cream of 4 years of songwriting has been recorded on second album Sectariana, released this month. From the apocalyptic thrash of “Leviathan Falls”, through furious punk-meets-power-metal of “The Surge”, to the atmospheric, epic title track, Nephwrack have expanded upon the formula which gained them a cult following for The Once and Future King.
