Band 'navela' was born on November, 2005.
In the beginning the band consisted of Arturs - voc; Aigars - guitar; Arturs - drums; Reinis - guitar, Krstps - bass.
More than a month later drummer Arturs left the band. So navela found new drummer - Edgars. Couple weeks after that vocal Arturs left the band as well. It took some time, but finally, band found two new vocals Edgars and Edgars. They just had split up with their previous project and wanted to play (scream) with us.
On 24th of February, 2006 we played our first gig in RAV HC and couple days later there was an album presentation of the band 'emanon' in club 'depo' where 'navela' played also.
On 8th of April, year 2006 band recorded their first demo - the song 'wings of freedom'. This day turned out to be a large celebration(party,party!) as half of the band members (Edgars+Edgars+guess who? Edgars!) had their namedays, too.
Now navela is preparing their new concert program for this year's summer. Next gig will be in the fest 'zveeraa'.
