My Toy Heart is a four-piece, punk-pop band from Cambridgeshire, England. The band offers an original twist to their favourite genres. Tying a backdrop of pop sensibility to their own infectious, punk-enthused melodies, method, and flow. The boys can back up their emotion-fuelled style with their passionate, heartfelt lyrics and comical yet high-octane live shows.

The band formed in January of 2006, when Tom Norris and Sam Biland met at a party. And together, strung out a horde of acoustic cover songs. The duo, though slightly intoxicated, decided that the level of musical nourishment this occasion had provided could simply not be contained within four vacant walls of someones urine-coated bedroom the ham-fisted duo viewed the potential as full-bandable.

Within following weeks, a name was fashioned; a bassist was established, and a drummer was brought into the light. Ieuan Smith, long-term friend and former band-mate of Toms, was brought into the act on Bass. And drummer Ben Carter, known from previous local bands, was brought in.

The miracle of time; inexplicit situations, irregular practice, stranger befriending, heavy patting, line-up adjustments, mint breathe, healthy dieting and frequent gigging has earned the band a very firm local (going national) reputation, as one of the most talented, friendly, energetic, funny and generally clean-cut, unsigned pop-punk bands about.
