Christian/Metal/Hardcore band, My Ransomed Soul, was formed in
late 2006 by guitarist Garrison Frey. Since then the band has grown
substantially, with the addition of Brendan Frey on vocals and Daniel
Proffitt on drums, the band has exhibited their potential through their
music and work ethic. At the beginning of 2009 the band added bass
player Kenny Patrick and finished recording their self titled EP which
they self released on April 5, 2009. They recorded the EP with
mixer/producer Drew Mazurek. Since the release of their EP, the band has been constantly touring and playing shows.
Besides having a hard work ethic and a powerful drive to advance the
band and its music; My Ransomed Soul has an even more intense desire to
share their love for Jesus Christ with others. Although not intending
force beliefs on anyone, My Ransomed Soul makes it clear where they
stand and invite others to talk with them about their beliefs. Their
lyrics demonstrate a message of love, hope, and mercy.
One thing is for sure; My Ransomed Soul is poised to become a prominent force in today's heavy music scene.

Your guitar is good but you need to consolidate the bottom. Crank that base up. That's why it dosnt sound exactly right; u gotta build from the bottom up on chords. also, feature the bass a little! Christian screamo is my genre, and the thing i look for first are 1) vocals, good Chrisian lyrics 2) More than mindless guitar droning. put some musicality into it! 3) do they feature the bass often? Do it! and of course, things like overall sound, etc. u guys say you played with becoming the archetype and war of ages. amazing bands - learn from them!
