The Black Parade is just a stage, and it's already over. but they NEVER changed or thought to change their name. that's why they put on the DVD the name 'the black parade is dead!', :) and they almost broke up? when? they're away from the scene bcus they're preparing a next project / album, but they'll come back, and better than they are. mychem saves (2)! *-* Oct 24

  ok. i can't say whether my chemical romance sold out or not; nobody can unless they know for a fact that someone paid them to change their music. i am one of those people who likes their old stuff better, but i also think that MCR is still an amazing band and people need to get over the fact that they're not the same. bands change. whether they sold out or are simply growing as artists, i'll still love their music. and this video is amazing. you can't tell just by this video or any one thing that they sold out. this was just an amazing live performance. And he went on vacation because he got married. And they renamed the band for the one album because they thought it would be interesting. and their music isn't shit just because they play their instruments better and they're not singing about the same subjects as they used to. MCR had to grow as a band, and just grow up in general. and so should you. Jul 22

  I used to love MCR back in the day, like when I was in middle school before they were big at all. (now I'm a senior in highschool) I've seen how they've changed and I think it's for the worst. Because of Gerard becoming such a sell out they almost broke up, thats why mickey went on his "vacation" and Gerard almost wanted to rename the band "The Black Parade". Also, since Gerard has sobered up their music just became shit. I miss the old MCR. Jul 12
