Formed in early 2005, this trio is a culmination of almost seven years of musical friendship and experience between bassist John DeBlase, drummer Scott Laughlin, and guitarist Mike Eber. The result is an instrumental fusion trio whose improvisational prowess knows no bounds. The bands sound is as diverse and eclectic as its members tastes, blending the sounds of hip-hop, jazz, rock, and the avant-garde.
M theory made their official debut on the NYC music scene in the summer of 2006, playing a wide range of venues throughout the city. The band is currently working on their first official album, a planned self-release scheduled for early 2007.
