"Motion Picture Cutouts' performance presented a blueprint for a band that, in time, could very well reach astounding artistic heights. The vibe was definitely Portishead meets the Pixies, with a pinch of Peanuts-esque bedtime melodies for a playful and consciously absurd touch.
