Mindless Self Indulgence is a NYC based co-ed punk band whose name manifests itself during their incendiary live shows. MSI's music is a hybrid of Atari driven electronics with a venomous splash of A.D.D Punk Rock. They are the breath of fresh air that is sure to offend your p.c. restrained, category demanding, humorless peers.
MSI is currently in the midst of a world tour in support of their new album "IF", in stores NOW (order info HERE)! This January they will be headlining the 2009 Kerrang! Relentless Energy Drink tour in Europe, and will release a split single for "Evening Wear/Mark David Chapman" in the UK, North America, and Japan. It will include the title tracks, the incredible new music video for MDC, as well as a brand new song ("Written In Cold Blood").

A lot of you have been asking about pre-sale tickets for the bands appearance this summer on certain Projekt Revolution tour stops. Starting yesterday at 4:00 and spanning through the next couple of weeks, a few additional shows are going to be available to you, the fans, first.
For a two day period only, you will be able to grab tickets set aside for you before the general public gets a swing at them.
This time around, the offer is for the 7/25 Auburn, Washington and 7/31 Chula Vista, California shows. For both, you will need the password (MSIPR7) to access the password protected area of Ticketmaster.

As previously reported, MSI will be headlining the Revolution stage on this summers Projekt Revolution tour to coincide with the release of the band's first ever live DVD! They will be joining Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, Placebo, Julien-K, HIM, and many others on the road, all across North America. MSI opted to headline the second stage and play longer instead of playing on the bigger stage (to more people and for less time).
In addition to fan favorites, they will be performing new material from the upcoming (as yet untitled) MSI record, possibly including songs debuted in Europe ("Never Wanted To Dance", "Prescription", and "Mastermind") as well as other tracks which have never been played live before.
Your special presale password, as well as direct ticketing links are listed below -- though there is an extremely limited amount of presale tickets available, we want to make sure as many of you as possible are able to make it out to see the band on the road!

This summer, in conjunction with the release of Mindless Self Indulgence's first ever live DVD, the band are thrilled to officially confirm that they will be headlining the second stage at this years Projekt Revolution! They will be joining Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, Placebo, Julien-K, HIM, and many others on the road, all across North America. MSI opted to headline the second stage and play longer instead of playing on the bigger stage (to more people and for less time). Hey people. Another Mindless Rip Off will be released in stores throughout Canada on Tuesday February 6th. If you are unsure whether or not your local store will carry it why not give them a call? Also, maybe tell your friends if you don't want them resorting to eBay :)
