New Song Up//If I Fail - UPDATED!

I wrote this song around Christmas time. I wasn't feeling the best at the time, some setbacks had me pretty down, and I hadn't been playing guitar for a while. I finally picked one up, played some simple chords and just starting singing what was coming to mind, jotting them down as I went. New Song Up//Quiet Things

The very first song I had ever tried to record was this song, an acoustic cover of Brand New's "The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows", somewhere around 2003/2004. I felt pretty proud of it at the time, but it finally got a little outdated. This is the new, (and most likely) final version I'll complete of this song, because I feel beaten this song down enough already! It is one of my favourite songs though, and definately enjoy playing it. Enjoy. read more
