Members: Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson is a singer/songwriter from the New Haven area. While being a performer for roughly 12 years prior, he has recently emerged back on the local music scene with fresh new material. Mike excels at playing multiple instruments and writing catchy tunes that are sure to leave a mark in the minds of those who listen.

Mike began his solo efforts in the late 90's after fronting two local bands out of Branford. A third attempt at a group called "The Break" in which Mike played drums, failed at what seemed to be the right time. Moving forward from these gigs, Mike began to write songs and compose material that over the next few years would lead him to the studio to produce the album he had worked so diligently for. The album was entitled "Stuck Inside My Room" to showcase the title track about loneliness, but picks up the pace quite a bit with catchy pop tunes like "Elisabeth" and the hard rock ballad "Obsolete", featuring virtuoso guitarist and former band mate Steve P. from the New Haven area. Mike has recently begun promoting the album and his talents in places like The Space of Hamden, and CJ Sparrow's (Cheshire). Those who come to see Mike perform will leave remembering his honest lyrics that no doubt speak the truth.
