Michael Truckpile's music is a blend of folk, country and indie rock hewn through bleary eyes and sore hands in two a.m stints. At times starkly sublime and others bombastic and jovial, Michael's songs are born out of solitary moments and playful exploration while bangin' away on the acoustic guitar. Mixing serenity and grace with frustration and confusion, Michael Truckpile's songs explore joy, isolation, politics, heartache, and love.
