Michael Bentely Allen is from Dallas, Texas. At the age of twelve, he began playing guitar and writing songs. He began his musical experience playing in a band with some friends early on in high school that played songs mainly of the punk rock brand. The silly lyrics, wordplay, and simple rock music eventually led Michael to a new style today which is truly unique.

Beginning his solo project near the end of high school with popular songs like Heartbreaking Summer, he started playing songs written just for his acoustic guitar and vocals. These catchy melodies are all part of a very wide genre that draws from other genres such as blues, emo, folk, pop, rock, and worship.

Releasing his EP album in 2006, Bear With Me,and many began discovering Michaels unique music. A few months later, Michael released his first full project, Monochrome, which includes songs about love, breakups, friendships, grace, and joy found in Christ. His music has found a wide audience and can fit a variety of moods. It has been described as chill music as well as driven, powerful, and inspiring. His music continues to evolve and become even more effective and unique.
