Four Songs

allright, so evan and i did some recording on monday in my basement. no vocals for any of these yet. working on that. should have that up possibly later this month or in july. so about the four songs. of course, we have same sad story. it's the new version, much shorter and a little different. eric is working on his vocal part for that, so far he sounds really good. double life was on here last time, but we decided to re-record it anyway, but without vocals. allright, so Love At First Sight is a new one. no it is not a cheesy love song. it's actually kind of disturbing. love at first sight is about a guy who met this girl 30 years ago at a drive in watching grease. he pays for her popcorn because he sees that she doesn't have any money. they start talking and walking to his car. then she goes to her boyfriend's car and makes out with her boyfriend. the guy gets jealous, so he gets his knife, goes to the car and stabs her and then rapes her dead body. then he chops up the boyfriend with an axe that he has in his car. and that's the end of the story. it's not a true story. it's completely made up. i guess you could say that it is like Stephen King meets songwriter Cody McCulloch. anyway. we also did a cover/remake (whatever you want to call it) of Marilyn Manson's cover of Sweet Dreams. it's really simple, but it sounds allright to us. well enjoy.
