As Mel Mednick screeched "A Whole New World" on the top of her staircase when she 3 years old her parents decided this girl couldn't sing. That changed. In 2002 Mel started writing songs and it wasn't until 2004 that she put together a band. This band consisted of Jordan Bernstein on drums and the rest of the members well... they should not be named. In 2005 Mel developed a huge crush on Alex Green and asked him to join the band. That changed, also. In October of 2005 Lee Kessler joined the band playing bass. In 2006 Mel Mednick and the Other Side of the Tracks hopes to add a keyboardist and take over the world breaking hearts with their music along the way. Remember Melandtheboysloveyou!
