What do you get when you combine the hearty taste of meaty goodness, and the terribly bad smell of okra? A healthy helping of creativity with a side of fantastic! Well, we've never actually cooked meaty okra, but we did make a band with the same name, and the name fits. As Eric of the Spaztecs (www.purevolume.com/thespaztecs) put it, "You sound like a bad band, but not like a bad recording artist, which is a lot worse than a bad band." So we might smell bad and taste bad...heck, we might even sound bad! But our goal is creativity and we're sticking to it...like the stubbornly charred remains of burnt meaty okra stuck to an oversized skillet of non-greased musical pilgrimage. Oh yeah, I can taste it now....
