Me and My Dagger. Me and My Dagger is a Post-Hardcore band from Germany, formed by 5 musicians in the Ruhr-area, West Germany in January 2009. Everyone in the band looks back on several years of making music and playing together in various other bands.
Inspired by bands such as "Silverstein", "Senses Fail", "Story of the Year" or "A Day To Remember", Me and My Dagger breaks through with a blend of Hardcore, Pop-Punk and Rock.
What makes Me and My Dagger stand out from a lot of other bands in their league, especially in Germany, is the full use of everybodys voice when it comes to singing and the specific use of shouts in different parts of their well-stuctured songs.
After the first round of concerts, Me and My Dagger gets busy touring the all parts of Germany.
Moreover the band puts all efforts in tirelessly working on their debut album "Thank You For Killing Me" which is planned to be released by the end of 2009.
