PureVolume

A college student now at University of Connecticut, I've been playing and writing music for a long time now. Playing acoustic and singing are my usual medium, but I also play drums, bass, electric, and back-up singing for myself when necessary. I do almost every part in my songs except for a few slick lead parts skillfully donated every once in a while by Jonathan Albertelly, currently up at Northeastern University in Boston. Jon's good for finding something fitting to add to a song that's lacking in that last touch. Hopefully we'll get to collaborate on some new stuff soon.

Wow, It's been a long time. Well, I'm hoping to get this purevolume back up for those of you who care to listen. I have a NEW SONG I posted called Nights Keep Everything which was written for my girlfriend who is leaving for Italy in January for the next semester. She likes it and hopefully you will too. Tell me what you think because it's going to be a submission for a shot at some good recording resources on campus. Anyway. Listen up, keep checking in, hopefully there will be lots more to come.

Hey guys NEW SONG!!!! I recorded this one called "Anything" pretty quick but people seem to like it a lot. If it keeps getting a good response I'll record a version with a full band. In other good news "Sunday Dream" was played on 107.5 FM in Indiana. A real FM station, not a college station or internet radio (not to knock either of those venues). So that's sweet and many thanks to Emily Miller for the hand off to the right people. LISTEN UP!! And leave me comments. I always love to hear comments and constructive criticism to help me make my stuff better!

MORE AIR TIME!!! 107.5 FM in Indiana played "Sunday Dream" again upon request, and then played "Anything", dedicated to Emily Miller, my new publicist for the Midwest. I'll soon have access to a new recording studio and be able to re-record my songs with much better quality and add more tracks to the songs that are slightly less than complete. I'll be starting with the most popular and working my way down, and hopefully soon I'll have a demo worthy of being sent to the right people. Keep listening and don't forget to comment so I can keep improving my music for everyone to enjoy!

Another NEW SONG!! It's called "Sunrise" and I actually wrote and recorded this one in about two hours for an Art project, but so far it seems to be getting good reviews. If it keeps up I may re-record it and refine it for the EP coming out soon. Hope you like it. Also I got a gig today to play a "Bash" for Spring Weekend over here at Uconn. When I get more info I'll post it on the shows page. Thanks for listening!

2 New demo versions of Sunday Dream and Never Go Back recorded this weekend by Owen Shearer!! We'll have at least one or two more done by next monday and probably fancier versions of these two. Many thanks to Owen for the beautiful recording quality on the new recordings. Compare them to the old versions and I promise you'll understand. Anyway enjoy these and I promise more to come.

ey guys, sorry it's been a while but lots of work and finals to take care of. I'm on summer vacation now so though so I'm back at work on my demo and writing lots of good new stuff that will be on here as soon as possible.
