Mae's Lost Empire were formed in early 2008 after local bands Saving:Mitsuko and The Fourth Way met an early grave. Rob Cooper from Saving:Mitsuko and Chris Berry, Lucas Milne and Paul Lawson from The Fourth Way quickly joined forces and began creating original music, combining the different aspects of their previous bands to create something unique.

After playing a few local shows in mid-late 2008, they made their mark on the local scene. In early 2009 they released their debut EP "Follow The Red Lights" and set off on a tour throughout the North of the UK to promote its release.

Mae's Lost Empire recently finished recording their second EP "Dark Suit, Subtle Label", which will be released early/mid May. We will then set off on tour accross the UK in July to promote it.
