The story begins back in their highschool days (circa 2001)when Klynt Maston, Adam Fill and Jeff Kane decided to start a band. They auditioned many others before finding a fourth member in Paul Quillin, who became their drummer. Thus, the band called "After 7" was born.

After 7 went through some struggles playing small shows and rock-offs, trying to gain momentum and make a name for itself. The band took some time off from performing to write some new songs and reinvent itself under a new name. After many sleepless nights spent developing the perfect name, Made In Canada came out on top.

The band not only had a new name, they also had a new attitude about life in general. They began playing more shows and placing in rock-offs, gaining much needed accreditation from their fans and making a name for themselves. A short time later the guys parted ways with Jeff and found his replacement in Brian Westberg.

Soon after this change was complete, Made In Canada headed out on a cross-country tour to California. Along the way they played in Chicago and other cities, attracting new fans at every stop. The band spent most of December 2004 in California touring up and down the coast.

They went back into the studio in 2005 to record their sophmore CD entitled 'Turn Your Head and Cough', which was released in October 2005 to rave reviews from their local fan base. They hope to continue to attract fans of all ages with their latest songs and continue to expand their shows to include many new cities in 2006!

After 2 National Tours and and addition of another member, Trent Etto, they hit the studio again. With this new 6 track self-titled album they have rebuilt the sound and attitude of MIC. It's a whole new live experience and is definitely something to see. They are always looking for shows and want to play in a town near you.

hey! you guys were great the LAPs CD release show
saturday. i seen you play at the Lordstown Battle of
the Bands and promised paul i'd buy a cd next time
because i was out of money. well i bought a t-shirt and
cd this time. and i got 3 of my friends to buy too.
thanks paul for signing that drumstick for my friend
and taking pics with us. she thinks your reali hot and
talked about you all night. but i can't wait to see you
guys play again. later :]
