First and foremost: thank you for taking the time to visit our page. We generally let our music speak for us, but we'll try to fill you in a little more about who we are.

Lost In Ashford started as a high school band several years ago by founding members Alain Pechie and Richard "Buddy" Merchant. The rest of the line-up was recruited over time. Paul Desjardin was first followed by the addition of Gary Topping and Nate Faulkenberry. Our roots dig deep in the north east corner of Connecticut, playing shows with local bands like Our Final Chapter, Francine, Clairaudience & Signal The Escape for family & friends. We've expanded our reach to most of New England by utilizing the friendships of other bands such as Radiation Year, Vallon, The Jonah Veil, Therefore I Am, The Killing Moon & more. We sincerely appreciate each and every show we've played in CT and out of state. We also are gracious of our opportunity to play with nationally touring bands such as Vanna, Our Last Night, Senses Fail, Royden, Emanuel & others we've forgotten to list.

One of our best memories as a band so far is having the opportunity to work with producer John Naclerio of Nada Recording. Our second EP Go Wild in the Country was recorded under his direction in 2007. Working with John elevated us as a band musically. It also gave us someone new to make fun of.

We, as a band, take pride in our music. We love what we're doing & will continue to do it for as long as possible. We've made a lot of friends, met a lot of amazing bands & have seen a lot of awesome towns packed by kids who fuel themselves with music.
