LORIHEN se forma a mediados de 1996, cuando Emiliano Obregn comienza a componer el material que integrara mas tarde el primer disco de la banda, incorporando en ese entonces al baterista Hernn Rios. La formacin actual est compuesta por Lucas Gerardo (voz), Emiliano Obregn (guitarra), Julin Barrett (guitarra), Hernn Rios (batera) y Nicols Ciancio (Bajo).

A lo largo de todos estos aos LORIHEN se ha presentado en shows internacionales junto a bandas como JUDAS PRIEST, WHITESNAKE, EXODUS, CRIMNAL, STRATOVARIUS, RHAPSODY, HAMERFALL, LABYRINTH, VISION DIVINE, ANGRA y SHAMAN entre otras realizando mas de 250 shows desde 1997 a la fecha.

La banda posee editados 5 discos.
En el mes de noviembre 2007 LORIHEN filmo su primer DVD en vivo en THE ROXY BS AS.
El mismo sera editado a mediados del 2008.


The bands story began in 1996 as a project of guitarist Emiliano Obregn, when he decided to quit his previous band to set up a new artistic project that would be known as Lrihen later on. Drummer Hernn Rios and some other musicians joined the guitarist to complete the first line up in 1997. The group has changed some of its members, but both the drummer and the guitarist remain in the band. Lucas Gerardo (vocals), Nicols Ciancio (bass) and Julin Barrett (guitar) make up the present formation of Lrihen

Not only has Lrihen been a headliner in several local festivals, but it has also shared the stage with international bands such as Exodus, Stratovarius, Vision Divine, Labyrinth, Hammerfall, Rhapsody, Shaman, and Angra.
Its performance in the Monsters Of Rock festival in 2005, with Judas Priest and Whitesnake is one of the highlights in the bands history, playing for 20.000 people.
