Living Devastation started late in August of 2004 with Danny, CJ, Paul, Pat, and Sam. Later the next month, Pat was relpaced with Jake. In January of 2005, Jake left due to traveling problems and our newest drummer Broc. These high school kids redefine metalcore with a sweet experimental touch, along with catchy guitar tunes, heavy breakdowns, beatdown drums, and a high scream accompanied by a deep growl. Guitarists CJ Franchetto and Paul Wilikie fuse together to initiate powerful harmonies and catchy rythms. Drummer Broc Franks has invincible legs to keep the double bass going while also cranking out new and different drum lines. Vocalist Danny Tobin has a range comparable to that of The Black Dahlia Murder and From A Second Story Window. Last, but not least, bassist Sam has brings the deep EQ for a great combination in sound. Living Devastation is from Sacramento and are just emerging into the metalcore scene alongside their buddies Conducting From The Grave, Acts Of Betrayal, Art Of War, and Elysia.
