LITTLE VICTORIES

Little Victories has been making instrumental music in the vein of Faust, Neu, Mogwai, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and the like since 2003. A combination of melody, driving bass, rhythmic beats, and guitars with an array of effects has come to define their sound, but nothing is ever off limits. They have had the opportunity to play Northsix in Williamsburg Brooklyn, sharing the stage with fellow post punk prog rockers The Big Sleep and Wilderness . They have entertained radio listeners in the New York/New Jersey area and around the world with a live set on legendary radio station WFMU. They have just released their debut EP "LV", recorded at the studio of legendary producer Bill Laswell (PiL, Herbie Hancock) They are a bunch of regular guys trying to make a little noise who believe that you should take life day by day and enjoy the small accomplishments. Its those little victories that we all need to take into account to realize how good we actually have it. This is what Little Victories is all about.
