Well today im fucking upset, depressed, pissed off, etc...etc.... i could go on with a laundry list of stuff

Well i just got outta the hospital today i've been in the hospital for the past month and a half and i was in a coma (medically induced) so they could test me and find out what the fuck is going on with me guess what.
