I think I'm very interesting.
Also, I highly recommend reading Mark Levin's Liberty & Tyranny for a better understanding of our country's framework, history and current direction.
Also, check out PARKWRIGHT their on purevolume, but they seem to use myspace more. They rock.
Politics (this blog will be amended in the future as i see fit)
I'm a libertarian. Simply put the views of a libertarian are a smaller government, lower taxes, and more freedom. Libertarians fall under the Republican Party, however their are stark differences between the two, just as their are differences between Conservatives and Republicans. However, we all are constituents of the Republican Party due to this country's bi-partisan political system. Libertarians pretty much want the federal government out of everything. - They are pro-choice, because they do not believe the government can mandate that you can not murder your unborn child if you want to. - In terms of Gay Marriage, there are mixed views, however they disagree with the amendment to the Constitution stating that it should be illegal. I agree with Libertarians who say that marriage should be extended to everyone, because we have two marriages in this country, a civil one (recognized by the state i.e. wills, power of attorney, mutual land ownership rights) and a religious one (which in this judeo-christian country is between a man and a woman), however the GOVERNMENT does not distinguish between the two, the government sees it as one. Case in point, if you are not going to allow someone to marry based on the principles of it being immoral (i.e. breaking the sanctity of marriage), well you are confusing a religious judgment and civil law. Since the government decides who is legally married, then the government should allow everyone that it governs the same rights (i.e. wills, power of attorney, mutual land ownership rights). Therefore, everyone should be allowed to marry in terms of civil, government recognized marriages. - They are anti-prohibition. They believe all drugs should be legal. I think this is GREAT (not for the reasons that you think silly, I'm actually drug free.. alcohol included). Once again, the government shouldn't say you can't get high if you want to or shoot heroin to pass the time haha. We are losing the War of Drugs. Illegal drugs are more available to me then prescription drugs. As a country we spend SO MUCH money trying to police this losing unconstitutional battle. Not to mention, that like half our prison population is made up of non-violent offenders (i.e. people caught with/selling drugs). - On Immigration, they think people should enter this country to work legally and then apply for citizenship. Basically, Immigrants should not cross illegally, however it is up to the government to set up a system of entry into this country that can suffice the workforce that now illegally enters this country from Mexico due to the demand for their labor. Our government has failed in this regard for the most part, a big fence or an I.D. card is not the answer. There was a government resolution one year to hand out temporary visas at one border crossing and in effect dropped the arrest/pick-up rate by 95% the following year. Our government failed in fact that there was no law on "future" workers into this country, therefore leaving the issue unresolved. There is a whole mess of other issues that I still need to discover in regards to the Libertarian party, however I align myself with their principles and it should only make sense that I will follow suit with the rest of their issues. sick of it
hey this is the first time i have been on purevolume since my 21st bday (im lying, but it is the first time i noticed it) ANYWAY.... just wanted to let you all know that I think im 93% sick of the "so-called" partying that takes place among my peers... i guess the other 7% stems from genuine friendly interaction. i dunno i just feel like telling you all that im so sick of drinking (which out of context could be odd since i just turned 21) and also im pretty fed up with the hook-up scene... i just think its a load of crap... i think copeland puts it the best,

haha! I actually got my first teaching 'gig' next
semester. I'm teaching 4th and 5th graders at this home
school thingy in my hometown. it's definitely nothing
big, but it's a start. and it should be fun. that's
crazy you said teaching :] and I hope what you're going
for works out for you. teaching college is pretty
hardcore lol

hah i feel ya. i'm def going to be using thanksgiving
break to get a lot of pieces done so i can make some
money and have most of my breadth for my portfolio
done. painting is my favourite :] well acrylic anyway.
i haven't messed with oil too much but i want to fix
that. thank you for all the compliments, you are a
wonderful artist as well!

I guess I understand about people buying your art
because they see something in it. my professer makes
fun of me and says that I will be a starving artist
because it takes me SO LONG to do one peace haha I am
working on speeding up. I recognize detail and color
really pretty good, so I hope that will help me with
making the pieces my own. and you are right, creativity
is in all of us, I think my creativity lies in my
people skills. I'm good with talking to people face to
face, and helping, and selling stuff haha (don't worry,
I'm not going to try to sell you anything). and I'm
sure there is some creativity in me with drawing if i
just sat down and found it. and I aso understand about
'finding someone' and why you draw girls. keep drawing
them, and I hope you find that special girl you're
looking for. I won't steal your pretty amazing idea lol
it's yours and not mine. though it is a very good idea,
and it could make you lots of money and also be a very
destinct signature of you. so cuddos to you. thank you
for the advice, I will have to sit down with my
sketchpad outside and just drawdrawdraw. hopefully i
can whip something up out of my head worth talking
about.

self portrait for a college scholarship. cross your
fingers please? :]haha i totally agree with you, i'm
tired of the every five seconds 'oh what's up?' or even

baybeee!!!!!!!!!' haha i hope that made you laugh, i
find it hilarious. oh really now? if you do end up
messing with it i would love to see what you do with
