I'm never quite sure what to say about myself, but I'm going to give it a try. My name is Ariadne, but everyone calls me Ari. I'm a junior. I'm five feet tall. I'm the eldest of four children. I do speech and debate. I'm a hurdler on the track team. I am intensely in love with music, obviously. I like talking to my friends on aim, and watching romantic movies. I enjoy reading, but rarely have enough time to. My favorite novel is probably The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath. I like writing and painting. I am very feministic, independent and open-minded. I spend a lot of my time thinking and daydreaming. Lately, I've really been pondering the reason for human existence and the complexity of the universe. I love sunshine and the smell of summer rain. I love walking on the beach late at night. I haven't been to too many beaches other then Oregon beachs, so maybe all of them are like this...but I love all the grays of Oregon beaches at night. When I'm moody or angry I swing, or lie on the floor in my room. I dont like pets (too bad we have a dog) or myspace. I hate guys who think they can push girls around and I hate how so many get away with it. I'm tired of the overall "sameness" of life and I'm tired of my perpetual exhaustion. I want the world to open it's eyes and realize all the possible options it has pushed aside. I long for so much.

I\'m writing a resolution regarding the Kashmir crisis
for IR...or I\'m about to start it at least. Today has
been a shitty day \'cause of school so I don\'t have
much motivation. :P I\'m sorry about the whole having
you do the dissecting deal...I just think it\'s
wrong...the smell of the perservatives freaks me out to
no end too. It\'s just so unnatural...I\'ll do
something nice for you to help make up for it. I swearz
it! And I\'ll try to do what I can in teh
future...love ya\'. How are you doing?

Once again...I\'m sorry...I fully intended on being at
school but when I woke up this morning I had the most
killer headache ever...*sigh* I talked to Mrs. Fisher
after school today and got all the stuff y\'all went
over in class today...I\'m going to do my best to be in
school for the rest of the year...so I\'m going to be
doing the whole Prozac thing...even though I\'m not
sure how I feel about it...something\'s got to give
though. :P My doctor said I would have to take the
antidepressants for at least 9-12 months, though
\'cause it decreases the chance of relapsing. I figure
that I owe it to y\'all to at least try something to
change for the better...love ya\'. xoxoxo

Okay, I\'m sorry! I suppose going to state is more
monumental than Sadie Hawkins anyway...speechies are an
odd breed of people... :P I think I\'m going to go
shower too! Then maybe go to the store for some
gatorade...but who knows!
