There was a time when people were truly careless. No one gave a shit about what they looked like, or what people thought about them. But, as a part of growing up I suppose, we lost this characteristic.

I kindof have the best of both extremities. I can be very calm, quiet, & relaxed, but at the same time I know that is no way to live your life all the time. I love to party & drink and try new things with my friends, but there is a time and place for everything, and I DO know when enough is enough. Being a teenager isn't all about drugs, sex, and alcohol. And YES it definitely is an important part of life because lets face it; everyone needs to have fun while they're young. But being a teenager is mostly about experimenting with new things to find out who you really are. I myself, have no regrets. I believe that EVERYTHING happens for a reason. Even when things become so shitty you think you want to kill yourself, it's all happening to teach you something that you obviously needed to learn. I do not hate anyone, but I try to avoid those who DWELL on negativity. Being negative gets you absolutely no where, so why bother?

I know that I CAN die. That there IS a chance everyday that I could not see my friends or family again. But if you dwell on fear, you will never experience anything. The good does come with the bad, and I've learned to live with that. I have fallen in love, & let me tell you: it's absolutely amazing. I love the feeling of being so close to someone; knowing that no matter what they will love you & your flaws. But I know that if you go looking for something, anything, you will never find it. You have to let some things come to you. But by this I don't mean that everything will magically find its way to you. Sometimes it actually is necessary to get up off your ass & do something with your life.

I don't belong to a certain religion; because I like to keep my mind open to new ideas. I do believe in a higher power, but I have my own beliefs. I don't think attending church is necessary. Going somewhere to honor God where half of the people are only there to prove to OTHER people that they are in fact "believers" is pretty much bullshit.

Im not really into "small talk." I love people who are intelligent enough to actually hold a worth-while conversation without making themselves seem like complete fuckheads.

I love to be a crying shoulder for my friends, the person that they can talk to about things, but I try not to take my problems to other people. The challenges that come into my life are meant for me to figure out on my own.

I know this sounds typical, but I loathe drama, & people that create it. But the sad truth is, we cant help it. No matter what anyone says, people's lives revolve around drama. If you think about it, we WANT bad things to happen so we will have something to talk about. I sometimes catch myself doing this, but hey I'm only human. No ones fucking perfect.

Im not your average 16 year old girl. Whether or not you believe that, honestly doesn't matter to me. I love to laugh. It's probably my favorite thing to do. My friends mean more to me than almost anything, but I wouldn't be anywhere without my parents. They support me in everything I do.

& Finally, I LOVE LIFE. I never let anything get to me because I know that whatever happened, occurred for a reason; even if the reason is unclear to me. I'm almost never sad or under the weather. I LOVE LIVING & HAVING A GOOD TIME.
