football vs. my spraned ankle
its almost 2 weeks now that i spraned my ankle and the tension of not practicing or playing any games is kill me. recently ive been watching practice, it looks FUN. its been awhile since i had a workout to the point where im gasping for air and tired and ready to passout. the quistion is.......... AM I READY FOR IT????????
