Number 10! Ha! I just keep racking up the artists don't I? Of course I do. Haha. So, Boys Like Girls is a great band, really I've only heard the one song called "The Great Escape." The title reminds me of "Escapist" by Brandtson, I have no idea why, they're aren't alike or similar in any noticeable ways, but hey, the song is sooo freaking catchy! Well...it is to me anyways, har de har har. But I found the song on the Top Songs list, so here I am, recommending it to you, whether you choose to accept, is completely up to you...hey...isn't that a line from a movie? I swear it is. Anyways, good song, listen to it, I demand you listen to the song, lol.

Friends or Enemies Tour

Amazing, the Friends or Enemies tour was absolutely without-a-doubt completely amazing. First up was Permanent Me, whom I had never heard before the concert, to say the truth the whole Fall Out Boy part was what had caught my attention in the first place. They are amazing! They're songs are so catchy and you cant help but sing along -or yell, if you dont know the words. Aha. So I check out their purevolume space, which I am so happy that they have one, and their songs are great! So I was able to sing-along somewhat, ahaha. Next up was the Early November, well at first I had the same problem with Permanent Me, no reconization. Yet I was able to communicate really well with their songs and their performance was captivating. So far the energy was up and running, Kate and I were totally into it at this point. :) !! New Found Glory was ...how should i say this ...eventful. Their music was great, and their performance on the stage was really something to see, really full of energy, but I just love the way Permanent Me lead singer, actually sings his songs though, he's really full of energy, already sweating by the third song. Good job! New Found Glory really brought out the weirdos, no offence. I consider myself a weirdo very much :P. Aha. But, Kate and I were getting bashed around and I had to be fished out off the ground many times, and I got banged in the head several times, as Kate did, by imcompetent crowd-surfers. I feel the bands should really press on the issue of helping those who have fallen during really hyped-up crowds, though I did happen to see loads of curtesy, which is a good thing this Canadians have a rep to hold up. And last but not least (sorry for the cliche people) was Fall Out Boy, many people's main attractions. Of couse my throat was gone by this time and my whole body was aching, thanks to great performances of the previous bands who really wiped me out (you guys rock...literally, lol). Yet I did manage to sing myself into oblivion, my throat is now dead and I wont be able to talk for the next few days, and my feet are absolutely killing me, I'm so dead. I might as well sleep for the next week or so, except for those damn exams ... ugh. Fall Out Boy was amazing though, i just cant explain the greatness of it all, its just something that you have to feel, Kool Haus realy makes the ebat surge through your veins and your heart, i could feel it in the beat of my heart, something I really enjoyed feeling. Kate and I also got pictures with Permanent Me, something that totally ROCKED! and we got our $5 cds signed, omg, that was amazing. Thanks guys! Of course I promised them that I would get their new cd in 11 days, lol, which I will do of course, since as they rock. At the end Kate and I were full-out dead. We stood in line for 40 minutes for our coats, no exciting, but omg, the concert was amazing, the heat, the surge, the adrenaline, the jumping, the singing, the random people spraying water at everyone, wow....just...wow. Can't wait for the next one. Definitly. Oh, and did I mention the random guy who decided to light up some pot and got yelled at by the old lady? Ahaha, that was soooo incredibly funny. Good time, good times. So, next concert? Dont know yet but im hoping for some of those bands no doubt, come back to Canada guys we need you!

By the way, I can't hear anything whatsoever, and my head is still ringing and bounding in my skull. But I'm loving every minute of it :) !

Photoshop ^.^

If 'fangirls are to boy-bands', then 'I am to Photoshop.' Simple as that really, I love this program! Hehe. I first started teaching myself, but we all know that only goes so far ... So I read tutorials, and they didn't really help either. What is a fangirl to do?! Well, this is what my strategy was, and I thought very hard on it and took a lot of time thinking of all the other possibilities, I asked my parents, ha...cheeky, I know. But I got the damn book for Christmas! Ya!! Down & Dirty Tricks for Photoshop 7.0! Ohhhh....the glory... victory is mine at last! Ahaha. But the book is amazing, and Dickson: that is my source for all the logos, oh yeah! You know, I totally rock, or well... I like to think so, in that weird non-conceited I'm-a-total-freaking-idiot kind of way. Mwuehe.

Listener

Okay, so maybe I'm just a 'listener,' but the world needs more listeners. What the hell is music without people who listen to it, God knows that the artists listen to their own music so much that they're incapable or hearing it from a 'listener' point of view, a third-persion point of view if you call it. Two peas...in a fucking pod. & I'm sure if you're an artist than you're either agreeing or disagreeing, there's no middle ground, no gray-area. Am I making any sense? Probably not, just here to keep you thinking, but this...is so fucking pointless. My fingers are cold. Just to let you know.

Fall Out Boy

"The Carpal Tunnel Of Love"

[Version 1:]
We take sour sips
From life's lush lips
We shake shake shake the hips
In relationships
Stop by this disaster town
You'll put your eyes to the sun and say "I know"
You're only blinding to keep back what the clouds are hiding
And we might have started singing just a little too soon
We're throwing the stones in a glass room

Whoa ah oh it's a miserable story
Whoa ah oh far from the genuine becoming

We keep the beat,
With your blistered feet
We bullet the words at the mockingbirds, singing
Slept through the weekend
And dream
Sinking with the melody of the kiss of eternity
Your pulse comes from a pharmacist, saying "how you been"?
We might have said goodbyes just a little soon
(somehow this disaster town)
Our beliefs of kissing beats over this room

Whoa ah oh it's a miserable story
Whoa ah oh far from the genuine becoming
Whoa ah oh it's a miserable story
Whoa ah oh far from the genuine becoming

It was ice cream headaches and sweet avalanche
when the pearls in our shells came out to dance
This is what you get for abusing sweet love
Take off your clothes, it hurts just right
Whatever happens I'm okay,
Diving into knives don't cut me
Think you could find time to call me when you get home?
Take your life apart, find yourself with love

Whoa ah oh it's a miserable story
Whoa ah oh far from the genuine becoming
Whoa ah oh it's a miserable story
Whoa ah oh far from the genuine becoming

[Version 2:]
We take sour sips
From life's lush lips
And we shake shake shake the hips
In relationships
Stop by this disaster town
You'll put your eyes to the sun and say "I know"
You're only blinding to keep back what the clouds are hiding
And we might have started singing just a little soon
We're throwing the stones in a glass room

Whoa ah oh we're so miserable and stunning
Whoa ah oh lovesongs so genuinely cunning

We keep the beat,
With your blistered feet
We bullet the words at the mockingbirds, singing
Slept through the weekend
And dream
We're sinking with the melody of the kiss of eternity
Got postcards from my former self, saying "how you been"?
We might have said goodbyes just a little soon
(somehow this disaster town)
Our beliefs of kissing beats over this room

Whoa ah oh we're so miserable and stunning
Whoa ah oh lovesongs so genuinely cunning
Whoa ah oh we're so miserable and stunning
Whoa ah oh lovesongs so genuinely cunning

It was ice cream headaches and sweet avalanche
When the pearls in our shells came out to dance
You call me a bad tipper of the cradle
But Im tired yawns for fawns on hunters lawns
Were the has-beens of husbands
Sharpening the knives of young wives
Take two years and call me when you're better
Take teardrops of mine, find yourself wetter

Whoa ah oh we're so miserable and stunning
Whoa ah oh lovesongs so genuinely cunning
Whoa ah oh we're so miserable and stunning
Whoa ah oh lovesongs so genuinely cunning
