The name is Kate. I am probably one of the funniest, spazziest, most big-hearted bitches from New Jersey you will ever meet. I have a lot of talent, and because of that, I have a lot of haters. It is usually some misogynistic, insecure male suffering from Peter Pan syndrome who wishes they could come up with even a fraction of the insults that I can.
I am a mother, first and foremost. I am a freelance writer and blogger. My goal is to one day end Big Media and raunch culture as we know it.
I am about increasing the self-esteem and self-respect of young women and girls; spreading the word that they do NOT have to meet the unrealistic ideals that they see splashed all over the media. They are beautiful exactly they way they are.
They need to know that they will be surprised at how many people (especially men) who will act as though they owe them an explanation or an apology for why they are who they are. The surprise will wear off one day, and such behavior will simply be an annoyance one must deal with. It has nothing to do with them: most people fear what they do not understand.
They need to understand that how attractive you are has nothing to do with the way you look. They also must never be afraid to show they are intelligent. They must not fall into the trap of having to dumb themselves down in order to get a guy to like them.
Any guy who is honestly that intimidated by your brain is not worth giving the time of day to. Do not ever allow any male to disrespect you either. YOU teach people how to treat you, and at the end of the day, your dignity and your integrity is all you have.
