A different path

Ever felt like nothing matters and you're not worth anything? Yeah I know the feeling. When it comes to life, all you really need are; something worthwhile to do, hope, and someone who cares about you. Yeah most people look for hope in stuff like music(music's cool but it doesn't bring hope), sex, drugs, booz, achivement, money, fame, and other stuff like that. It's either that or they just....give up.
Something I've found that's really helped is knowing that there is someone out there who cares. You'll never find permanent hope in any of the things I had listed, something that lasts. What you need is a relationship with someone who loves you. If you're thinking I'm some kind of prep for saying love, it's just a word for when you care about something or someone cares about you more than themselves. Most people look for even that in all the wrong places, stuff like sex and other along those lines. Having sex doesn't always say "I love you" for most people it just means "you make me feel good. Give more to ME!" If you're sick of feeling hopeless and are still wondering what the heck I'm talking about with "you need love" and then going right back around and saying "love isn't sex" you'll hav to wait just a little longer. Yeah having a hot/sweet/awesome gf or bf can supply you with hope......but only for a while. If you want hope that lasts you need to find out about someone that won't ever leave you, betray you, or use you instead of love you. What you need is Jesus. JUST KEEP READING IT'S NOT JUST SOME WEIRD PREACHER THING OR SOMETHIN WEIRD! It's not as cheesy as you are probably thinking. Anyone who says Christians never have fun doesn't really get it!!! No where in the bible does it say "thou shalt not have hot gf or bf" or "judgment will come on those who listeneth to hardcore(just check out some of the sick bands on my faves list)" or even "thou shalt not goof off and do stupid stuff." It doesn't even say you can't make out with your gf/bf!
Excepting Jesus as your friend and dude that bails you out of hell is FREE!!! All you have to do is ask him to forgive all the stuff you did wrong. Just say anything like "Jesus, I'm sorry I sinned, please forgive me, I want to follow you." It doesn't really matter how you word it, it's the idea that counts. All you have to do is apologize and mean it.
Again anyone who says we don't have fun or are "fun suckers" is all of the following; stupid, dumb, retarted, uninformed, brain dead, and a compleat idiot!!!! Join us, we have just as much if not more fun that other peeps AND we have hope that lasts!!!! I mean it doesn't get much better than living in heaven forever stuffing our faces with great food, good entertainment, and cities made out of really cool stuff like pearls, ruby, and other pretty crap like that!
