First Post... Yay...

Wow, my first post. I'm excited about joining pure volume. I love this site! I like it better than Myspace.com actually. I like the setup a little more.

I'll start off by saying..I am a Christian. Pretty hardcore in my faith. I don't judge others without knowing them first. I love music that makes you think a little. I like bold music. Typically, I'm the rocker type. By rocker, I mean straight up rock.. Bands with the Nickelback,The Exies,3 Doors Down sound. However, I mainly listen to Christian rock bands. I used to be heavily into dark bands, like Cradle of Filth, Full Devil Jacket,etc..but once I decided to give my life over to Jesus Christ..I sold all of my secular cds and turned to Christian rock.
I don't really own any secular cds. But my mind's opened to hearing some secular songs. I always check cds for content. Right now, I'm really digging this band called 10 Years. I heard them on the radio and proceeded to check into their lyrics. They sound pretty clean to me. Might have to pick that one up.

I think for a Christian to be open minded, they have to leave the Christian bubble every once and a while. I do that by listening to different rock (rock other than Christian rock) bands every now and then.

Well, I look forward to meeting many new people and making a lot of friends on here.
