It is now Bikini Butt season. Every one wants to look great in their bikinis. Having great thighs and buttocks go well with a bikini. There are many exercises that you can do to make your buttocks (aka butt) firm and solid. Preferably, you can perform squats and dead lifts that directly impact your entire body. They are the ideal exercises to perform especially if you start going heavier with the weights. But, there are many times you may not have access to a barbell and weights. There are several alternatives to firm your butt and thighs.

Solution: A combination of pushups, pullups, lunges and squats, all done without the use of any weights can (and will) give you just as much of a strength workout as doing it with weights. Just remember that it all comes down to your level of intensity. Make each workout harder and more intense than the last, and you can go nowhere but forward!

It's very hard to reshape your body without losing fat, and the easiest way to take fat off your body is cardio! The great thing about cardio is that there are a million and one ways for each of us to burn calories. I truly believe that if you hate cardio you aren't trying hard enough to find something you love. If you get bored after ten minutes on the elliptical, and your heart rate is only 110 you need to get more creative! Being a fitness instructor I'm biased, but I think it's hard to beat a great group class. You'll get motivation from not only the instructor, but also the other participants. Better yet? Grab a buddy and bring them with you - studies show most people workout longer and harder with a partner.

Get moving; put your ass to work. Do some exercise to make your butt muscles stronger, firmer and bigger. There are so many fun activities you can do in order to increase the size of your butt and to improve its shape. On top of this, it is good for your heart and general health. You could for example try a game of tennis or badminton. The different ways of moving in this game (running forward, backwards, sideways, jumping is a great My Bikini Butt. Rollerblading is good to.
