That is the name of the internet community that has kept me from doing more than checking my PureVolume pages. This site (PureZC Link) is a relative to the Zelda Classic @ Armageddon Games that I mentioned in a previous post (see below). It's superior, with alot more (and better) quests, fun forums, and tiles, tilesets, and MIDI music for your own custom quests. I love the place, and you can find me there as The Satellite. I believe I should share this with others.
Man, it's been so quiet lately on PureVolume. I'm BORED OUT OF MY SKULL!!! SOMEONE PLEASE CHECK OUT THE FLYING SQUIRRELS AND THE LAUGH DUDE PAGES!!!!
Yo, check this out:
Zelda Classic @ Armageddon Games
Here you can download the original NES Legend Of Zelda game for your computer. As a bonus, there is also a program you can use to create your own "quests" about anything you want. I have started several quests, including a Metroid quest, a quest where you play as Zelda, and an original idea known as the Story Of Delda (more details at The Official Story Of Delda Website), but now have started some serious work on two quests:
Apocalypse Of Hyrule:
I learned how to do almost everything with this program except create cutscenes, which is all I need to know to create this masterpiece. This will be a time consuming quest, starting with Ganon's plot to destroy Hyrule in full swing as Link must stop what destruction he can. Destruction will occur, however, as the mountains crumble and other locales deteriorate. Link must find the Triforce pieces (typical of all quests but whatever) to open the way to Ganon's Tower and confront the evil being. Afterwards he must return Hyrule to its normal self by returning to the past and stopping Ganon's plot before it starts.
Level Of Seriousness (Scale of 1-10): 9
Where's The Ham?:
After Link's subsequent restoration of Hyrule, he's feeling pretty hungry. He goes to his fridge (in Link's day?!) to get his prized ham-hock, but... IT'S GONE! Confused, Link reads the note left behind in the fridge, which reads:
"Dear Link,
I stole your ham-hock.
Ha ha ha u shween!
Love,
Ganon"
Link despairs, but then takes up his sword and swears on it to defeat Ganon and retake his beloved ham. Little did he notice, since he was so worried about his ham-hock, that Zelda was also kidnapped. Go figure.
Level Of Seriousness: -3
More details soon.
Saw the Psalters in concert today. They came to a church in the Inner City section of Cincinnati we were staying at. I met the Captain of the group and mentioned that I was their friend on PureVolume as The Flying Squirrels . He said that that was cool and at least they have some friends lol.
If you do not know about the Psalters, they are this beastly gypsy-like band that travel the U.S.A. in a big black bus in which they also sleep in. They are worth seeing live and put on a great show.
A project I have been working on since last fall has finally been finished. It is called "Star Wars: Toy Wars." I got the idea when I was at my aunt's house hanging out with my cousins. We had nothing to do, so we started playing around with some Star Wars toys. Eventually, I got the idea to make a movie about these Star Wars toys. The original inspiration came from my brother, who made a home movie with his friends using toys. "Star Wars: Toy Wars" follows that theme. The script has been finished, and production should begin soon. The result will be possibly one of the funniest movies you have ever seen. Once I finish the movie, the whole world shall know my name...
