Talk About Last Minute... Ughh..

So, here's what's up. Yesterday I was just chillin' at school, going over some work and I get a phone call from my mom. It was honestly the weirdest thing I've heard in a looong time. Turns out that my step-mom had called her and told her that the uncle of my brother's friend has his graduation on Saturday and well, two dates bailed on him and for some reason his entire family wants me to go with him. My issue is, I DON'T KNOW THE GUY! It's going to be weird and awkward. I'm hopefully meeting the guy tonight, but jeeze, way to leave everything up to the very last minute. I have nothing... My graduation isn't until next year, so I'm so screwed. Now, the family is being great and buying me a dress (That was the offer from the beginning), but I not only need a dress, but I need shoes too. I'm not the type that has a closet full of shoes, let alone heels. I have, maybe 3 pairs of shoes and they're all skate shoes. Ugh, I'm stressing out and I'm also super nervous... I mean, it's not just him I don't know, it's everyone that's going to be there in general. K, so I feel bad for the guy because being bailed on by TWO girls..that's gotta be harsh, but it makes me wonder.. Is there something wrong with this guy? I hate to sound shallow, but I won't be stoked if he looks like he should be be sitting in front of a computer playing WOW. This may end up being a huge acting experience for me.... Oh boy.
